This derelict townhouse was totally rejuvenated by Project 1 in keeping with its prime position in the heart of fashionable Queens Park.
Entirely gutted, a steel frame was installed throughout the four storey house, so that floor layouts could be totally reconfigured & extended for light, space & modern living.
A huge master suite with bespoke dressing room joinery & sumptuous bathroom was at the heart of the house. The ground floor was totally opened up to create cavernous stylish living.
Installation of classic period features created interest & character throughout the main rooms. Structural landscaping created the inside/outside atmosphere and made the most of a small garden. A big, light & airy kitchen put the finishing touch to create the environment for a highly desirable life style.
